Clark Family Homes was started by Kevin Clark in 1998. Kevin had sold out his interest in a computer company in Macon, GA and had moved back to West Tennessee. David Nelson, with Hickman Realty, told Kevin that he “needed something to do”. David knew about an older subdivision that had vacant lots that had been sitting for decades in Milan, TN. Kevin built two homes the first year, 8 the next and 14 the following year. In 2000, David introduced Kevin to Mr. Reau Graves of Medina. Mr. Graves had a large land holding in Medina, and had a vision for Medina to grow and prosper via developing a top notch school system to compete with the schools in Jackson. Mr. Graves and Kevin worked together until Mr. Graves death in 2022.
